Sandi Hassett is the Vice President of Global Consumer Care for the Consumer Companies Inc. division at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ. Sandi has consistently delivered results with a focus on people development in her nearly 27 years serving Johnson and Johnson and its professionals, patients, mothers and fathers. She’s had the pleasure of working in the Medical Device and Diagnostic sector in multiple roles and has most recently joined the Consumer Products companies. Sandi held leadership positions on J&J’s veteran employee resource group over the last several years.
Sandi joined the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in 1992 as a production supervisor with Ethicon, Inc. and has held roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, materials management, engineering, supply chain, information technology and customer service. She has been a part of three Medical Device and Diagnostic companies in several different locations: Ethicon Inc. (San Angelo, TX); Ethicon EndoSurgery (Albuquerque, NM & Juarez, Mexico) and LifeScan, Inc. (Milpitas, California & Beerse, Belgium). Sandi most recently held the position of Director of Customer Service, for LifeScan North America.
In addition to her contributions at work, Sandi has been a strong advocate for many community activities such as the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Travis Manion Foundation, United Way, Blood Drives and many other local and national volunteer opportunities such as Save the Bay and Food Bank. In her spare time she enjoys being active in the outdoors with her partner and dog.
Prior to joining the Johnson and Johnson family, Sandi served in the United States Army’s Aviation Branch. Sandi graduated from the West Point, the US Military Academy and received her MBA from the University of Phoenix (Albuquerque, NM site).
